As a woman and an international student from Poland I am convinced that a collaboration of people with different backgrounds facilitates elevated creativity and innovation for the improvement of the community. During my sophomore year I co-founded the Diversity in Business Club and became its Vice-President. I understand the diversity not only in the context of race and gender but also as cultural, religious, social, and national background as well as a plurality of people’s interests and professional fields. I believe that a combination of those aspects can truly make a company more valuable. Therefore, I desire to spread awareness about current problems in our society, motivating and inspiring people to make a difference.
Thanks to a number of great academic as well as professional opportunities I was able to build a strong relationship with my clients, I have achieved high customer satisfaction, and created new business opportunities for my employers. I intend to leverage my diverse experience, and strong work ethic to continuously challenge myself and add value to my prospective employer.
I strongly believe my diverse interests, which accompanied me since I was a child, have fostered development of critical and creative thinking. Love for art in various forms has been the driver of my inspirations and designs. From the earliest stage of my life I have been passionate about dance and drawing. My innate enthusiasm about traditional art has brought forth my interest in photography as well as graphic and web design. My eagerness to travel and learn about foreign cultures have become one of my major inspirations. This short video was created to demonstrate the most important parts of my life; family, friends, passions, hobbies and my home country.
